YQ-1 Operating Table
		1. About the product: Consisted of an operating bed (Picture 1: including a base and a bed) and a controlling box (Picture 2), it's speed-adjustable and could be moved three-dimensionally. AC electric servo machinery is used as the driver of the device, the working speed can be set preliminarily. Overload protection guaranteed.

		2. Specifications: A. Moving Extent of The Bed a) ≧300mm lengthways (along the long axis) b) ≧100mm transverse (along the short axis) c) ≧50mm longitudinally d) The bed can be moved fore and aft or transversely (two-dimensionally) B. Moving Speed a) Two-dimensionally: ≧20mm/s the fastest., ≦3mm /s the slowest. b) Longitudinally: ≧5mm/s the fastest, ≦2mm/s the slowest. c) The moving speed is continuously adjustable. C. Deformation Amount The deformation amount at the headrest should not exceed 2mm under the load of 135kg. D. Decibel: lower than 55dB(A) at the distance of 1m to the bed. 3. Applications: For the ophthalmic surgeries. 4. Installations and Operations: A. Installation: Check the appearance of the device after unpacking. Unscrew the four bolts beneath the base, fix the bed to the correct position and adjust the four bolts until the bed is horizontally balanced. B. Operations a) Voltage: 220 AC, with ground wire b) Firstly switch on the controlling box and then the bed to avoid any unnecessary damages of the device. c) The controlling-bar is to be pulled slowly and evenly until the bed is settled to the best situation. d) Turn the knob (Picture 2, 2-z) clockwise or anticlockwise to raise or lower the bed. The turning speed is equal to the moving speed of the bed. e) The moving directions of the controlling-bar: X, Y (Picture2, 1-X, Y) is parallel to the movement of the bed. The movement angle and the moving speed are proportional. f) The controlling-bar automatically returns to the null position when the bed is settled at the best situation. g) The bed is hold still when the controlling-bar is at the null position. 5. Notice: A. Do not sit at the front-end or rear-end of the bed to avoid any unnecessary damages of the ballscrew or the guiding axle. B. The Max. bearing force of the bed is 135 Kg, when it's overburdened, the driver stops working automatically. Turn on the device again in 2 minutes to restart the work. C. Do not lift the bed singly when you/re moving the operating table, but to move the base and the bed simultaneously. 6 .Guarantees: The promised maintenance period is 12 months. Any repairs or replacements beyond this period are to be charged at a reasonable price. 7.
